Since joining Boot Camp  8 weeks ago, I have lost 1stone 9lb to date, gone down a full dress size, and lost over 10  inches of my body  ”was great buying me new jeans last week”, feel great getting up of the mornings now, cant even lie in on a weekend anymore, I up pottering around happily doing jobs I had little motivation in previously, alongside all the lovely healthy meals I now enjoy cooking…………  Have also noticed how my posture has changed I no longer slouch and look much better when walking / standing up.  Apart from losing weight. one of the main things I have noticed is how much my breathing has improved, as since I had suffered from pneumonia in the past, I always struggled with exercise and gave up to easily due to my breathing, but with the support and inspiration of yourself and other boot camp members that it has improved so much and I feel fantastic . Mel I can honestly say what you do is fantastic, you can tell you are passionate and so committed to helping people achieve their goals, as nobody else has ever managed to keep me motivated this long.              Denise Keogh…….July 2010

So far I’ve lost 8 pounds. I didn’t lose any weight during week 3 despite sticking religiously to diet plan, and I began to lose faith. However, week 4 I have lost 2 more pounds and actually feel slimmer this week. I’m sure that I look more than 8 pounds lighter……………I’ve really enjoyed it, felt energised and positive.                                                 Rachael Ward 28/05/10

I am certainly toned up and I am sporting a bottom and legs rather than the top of my leg running into my bottom……. Mel has the right mix of encouragement and pushing to get great results.  Even though I didn’t follow the nutrition plan I still see the benefits looking back at me in the mirror and those that did follow the eating plan look absolutely amazing………there is something about the commitment of getting up and getting out that helps the motivation.  I think she has started a little revolution in Helsby.                                                   Helen Milliken 28/05/10

 These classes were tough but strangely enough, the time passed very quickly in each class and Mel was with us all the way!!!!  Mel explained each exercise and each session clearly and kept us motivated each day.  She was also available on the website and mobile phone if we had anything to ask or say.                                                      Laurie Williams   28/05/10

 In total I have lost 13lbs and waist 4″, bust 2″ and hips 3.5″. Admittedly I hated the first couple of weeks of the fitness but now can’t get enough of it along with walking a couple of times a week and also the brilliant zumba classes, (everyone should try them).
